The young, talented pianist from Singapore, Jared Liew Wei, has studied his instrument since the age of four. In 2011 he went to Germany to further his studies, initially with the Japanese pianist Kaya Han at the Karlsruhe Hochschule für Musik. After graduating, he studied for a Master’s at the Mozarteum in Salzburg with Andreas Groethuysen. At present he is perfecting his technique at the Freiburg Hochschule with the Israeli pianist, Gilead Mishory.
