“El amor y la muerte”. The story of Enrique Granados.

This documentary re-creates the exciting, tempestuous story of the composer Enric Granados in the Barcelona of the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th – the composer’s journeys to Madrid, Paris and New York, his struggle to overcome obstacles and his first successes. The story is interspersed with modern performances of the composer’s masterworks by renowned artists such as Rosa Torres-Pardo, Evgeny Kissin, Cañizares, Arcángel, Rocío Márquez, Carlos Álvarez and Nancy Fabiola Herrera.
