Udolç is a dreamlike journey through songs from different cultures present in the counties of Girona, collected by the students of Cassà de la Selva during the 2021-2022 school year as part of the initiative Càntut a les escoles: cacem i cantem cançons (Sung in Schools - Let's Identify and Sing Songs). With an instrumentation defined by acoustic guitars, horns, carillons and experimental sound effects, the project recovers songs used in the most tender moments of childhood. Songs that were handed down from generation to generation with the aim of soothing and lulling children to sleep. Alba Careta is a trumpet player and jazz singer. She studied at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC), the Koninklijk Conservatorium in The Hague and the Amsterdam Conservatorium (Netherlands) where she earned a master's degree in Jazz Trumpet. Henio is the artistic name of the singer-songwriter and producer Enric Verdaguer, who after living in Liverpool for four years studying Songwriting and Production and being the face of the last tour of the pianist Clara Peya, decided to start his own project. Santi Careta is a guitarist, composer and producer. He studied at the ESMUC.
