Formed in Hamburg in 2017, the young early music ensemble I Zefirelli takes its name from Zephyrus, the god of the west wind, also known as the herald of spring. Winners of several awards, in 2022 they were selected to join the EEEmerging+ project. Integrated in the Torroella de Montgrí Festival, they will follow a musical residency here from 10 to 17 July and give a concert at the Torroella-L’Estartit Fringe Festival, preparing the programme for this concert during their residency.
