Victoria de los Ángeles' relationship with the Torroella de Montgrí Festival goes back to the beginnings of the festival, where she sang for the first time in 1984 and returned in 1987, and again in 1988 to fulfil her dream of singing with the Escolanía de Montserrat, and, for the last time, in 1999. On the centenary of her birth, we remember her with an exhibition that reviews her visits to Torroella and a tribute concert in which the soprano Erika Grimaldi, who has prepared a programme drawn from the Barcelona soprano's repertoire, and Albert Guinovart, who was the last pianist to accompany Victoria de los Ángeles, come to perform together on the stage at the Espai Ter Auditorium.
