Joaquín Achúcarro dedicates the recital he will offer this summer at the Torroella de Montgrí Festival to his great friend Alicia de Larrocha, whose birth centenary is being celebrated this year. Alicia de Larrocha met Joaquín Achúcarro when he was still a child, as she was friends with his parents in Bilbao. It was a friendship built on mutual respect and admiration that lasted a lifetime.
