In her second album, Sola, the Barcelona saxophonist and singer Eva Fernández reaffirms her commitment to creativity, composing all the songs and debuting as a lyricist. Often inspired by the idea of trying to send a message to herself as a child, she writes simply and visually about everything she has learned about love and heartbreak, haste and patience, honesty and deceit... The songs included in the album offer a balanced blend of musical styles such as jazz, singer-songwriting or bolero, all of which are very present in the artist's sound world.
