About this event

Pianist Marc Martín is a member of the Sant Andreu Jazz Band, and he has formed his own trio on the models of those of Oscar Peterson, Ahmad Jamal, Monty Alexander and Red Garland. Martín follows the formal patterns of jazz tradition and comes to the Fringe Festival Torroella de Montgrí with a programme of classical jazz interspersed with original compositions and his own arrangements of well-known tunes.
