Cécile McLorin Slavant’s For One To Love won her a Grammy in 2016 for the best jazz vocal album, and she has become the voice of the new generation in jazz. She possesses a rich and varied tonal palette ranging from her deep, dark low notes to a brilliant upper register, all of which comes together to produce performances brimming with dramatic content. On the stage at plaça de la Llevantina she will sing the numbers from the For One To Love album and also songs from her first disc, WomanChild.
