An explosive cocktail of rhythm n’ blues and soul in the old school style, all spiced with touches of the best of rock & roll. That is The Excitements, a band founded in Barcelona in 2010 by Adrià Gual (rhythm guitar) and Daniel Segura (bass), who have astounded audiences with their dazzling performances around Europe. Their concerts exude energy and are true celebrations that reach the heart of the audience, with the cry “I got soul”, shouted out by the group’s dynamic Mozambican singer, Koko-Jean Davis.
