Founded during the group's period at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis, the Brezza Ensemble is an early music ensemble specialising in the Baroque. For the Torroella de Montgrí Fringe Festival, they will perform a series of preludes inspired by Calderón de la Barca's La vida es sueño. The preludes are a Baroque music form that, apart from their function as an introduction to other pieces that form a larger work, were generally unconstrained compositions, often linked to improvisation or fantasy. Brezza Ensemble was finalist in the Early Music Competition held by Juventudes Musicales de España in Barcelona in 2021.
