The three members of filoBarocco met in chamber music lessons, at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana's examinations and concerts in Lugano, and at the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Como, Italy. They came together as a group in 2018 with the aim of creating a new experience in the performance of early and late Baroque music. With the support of the EEEmerging+ programme, which includes the Torroella de Montgrí Festival among its partners, filoBarocco will attend a musical residency from 9 to 18 July, where they will prepare the programme for the concert they will give as part of the Fringe Festival.
