The Torroella Festival will close its 40th anniversary with an example of a perfect fusion between classical and popular music: Rhapsody in Blue by George Gershwin, one of the most popular works of the 20th century, an irresistible score that has become a milestone in the history of American music, and which will feature as soloist the charismatic jazz and improvised music pianist Marco Mezquida, one of today's most versatile musicians.
